What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For neutral packing, MOQ can be as low as 200 cartons per size. For custom packaging (white label/private label), the typical MOQ is 1×20GP (approx. 1,000–1,500 cartons). Contact us for mixed-size containers.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, samples are available within 3–7 days. Free samples for neutral packing (shipping fee applies). Custom samples (with your logo/packaging) require a small setup fee, refundable upon bulk order.
What is the typical lead time?
Sample lead time: 3–7 days. Mass production: 15–25 days after sample confirmation, depending on order quantity and core type. Expedited service available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and D/P for regular orders. Flexible terms for long-term cooperation.
Do you offer neutral packaging or private label?
Yes, both options are available. Neutral packing (plain bags) has low MOQ and ready stock. Private label includes your logo, custom bag design, and multilingual labels. Free artwork assistance for basic design.
How do you ensure quality control?
We work with ISO 9001:2015 certified factories. Each batch undergoes incoming material QC, in-process inspection, and pre-shipment testing. SGS testing is available per batch upon request.
